Sorry for a randomly off-topic comment, but I wonder if I could talk you into sharing your thoughts on term extraction in a future post?  Yahoo has a free ( but limited ) engine, and I've been writing my own.  Mine is for non-marketing reasons, but a few SEO people have been telling me there's an immense value ... so I would love to hear the opinion of someone who knows this stuff better than I do, if you ever find the time.  :)
