WordPress themes. How do I love thee? Let me count the ways. Or instead, how about if I just count up some great sites offering interesting and original WordPress themes. Of course, you can always check out the WordPress.org Theme Directory, here are 27 sites where you can go nuts downloading as many awesome themes as you want. And, yes, I’ve included “free wordpress themes” in almost all of the links because I want to make sure the producers of these excellent themes (or those acknowledging them) get the followed anchor text they deserve.
Most of these sites also offer premium themes at reasonable prices. So if you’re willing to pay for the bells and whistles make sure you check those out as well. I have to admit that I made this list partly for myself. I’m always looking for new WordPress themes so I thought if I had a whole list of the best free theme sites in one post it would help me as well. Enjoy!
