I’m not really too keen on pay-to-surf or surf-for-traffic sites, but there are a couple I have used and would recommend. These sites offer free basic accounts and don’t require much surfing to see traffic results. I haven’t used them to make money so I’m not sure how effective their pay-to-surf options may be.
