Nope, that isn’t a typo in the post title. Starting out as a parody of that other John’s blog, John Cow Dot Com has in fact turned into a helpful resource in its own right.
The brains behind John Cow will attempt to make some money, build some traffic and crack some jokes at the expense of Mr. Chow. I highly recommend making this pasture one of your regular stops. And not just because the top commentator on the last day of the month is rewarded with half the advertising cash earned by the blog in that month. You should read it because it is a good blog and devoid of the egotistical nonsense that rules its namesake so often these days.
Also true to its namesake, John Cow is currently having a big contest. All you have to do is publish a blog post like this one, explaining that you can win a Playstation3, Xbox360, Wii or any other tech gadget you’d like that costs less than the $500 given to them by their web hosting provider. Then, so they don’t miss it, email them the link. That’s it.
