- Mark at 45n5.com has an excellent argument for why Selling Ads for “One Month” on Your Blog is Stupid” He is absolutely right, too. Who decided the standards on that in a community built on lack of standards? Sure, there are trends and rules we tend to follow, but, as Mark says, a month in the blogosphere is a lifetime. Just go read the article…it’s really great. And while you are at it, just ad Mark’s blog to your feedreader because he is at the top of the “ones to watch list.”
- There is an excellent guest post over on Carl Ocab’s blog about simple Google Adsense sites. Written by Alan Ocab from Grandstart, this article reveals the easiest way to get the best conversion rates from your Adsense sites. Obvious yet innovative because I have never heard anything else put it this plainly.
- Sam left a comment on my blog letting me know I ought to check out a couple of posts on his blog about Pay-Per-”Joke” and Google Pagerank. They are both great posts and I highly recommend you read them. The second one gives a great background on all the Google slaps and stuff. Definitely a must-read. Thanks Sam!
